Regional Sales Manager- Uttar Pradesh

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations and business growth across the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, developing key customer relationships, and expanding the company's presence in the medical-device and surgical market.

Good understanding of the medical-device and surgical market in the assigned region.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new territories.
Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
Strong analytical and business-planning skills.
Candidates with experience in sutures, surgical consumables, wound care, hernia mesh, staplers, or other surgical products will be preferred.
