Field Officer/ Field Manager- Ghaziabad

Promote and sell the company's medical devices and surgical products to hospitals, healthcare institutions, surgeons, and distributors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), doctors, purchase departments, and hospital management. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned territory. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring profitable business growth. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to support business strategy. Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, product availability, and customer service. Prepare sales reports, market intelligence, and territory updates on a regular basis. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain ethical business practices.
