• Promote and sell the company's medical devices and surgical products to hospitals, healthcare institutions, surgeons, and distributors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), doctors, purchase departments, and hospital management.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring profitable business growth.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to support business strategy.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, product availability, and customer service.
• Prepare sales reports, market intelligence, and territory updates on a regular basis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain ethical business practices.
